My life at BT

This can be considered as the biggest and most importan job in my career. I was in the company for 18 years (aug-1996 to March-2015), and I moved through various positions, until leaving. It was very cosntructive, refreshing and stimulating (sometimes), but also frustrative and disappointing (some others.

Can´t complain of being part of the BT´s history in Spain, that´s also the history of the Telco competition opening (in 1998 and 2000), specially in the enterprise market.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.

IBM Olimpic Games Comentator System

I have to say that working on IBM was a real pleasure, in the times of the Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games. I worked with nice new technologies (IBM PS/2, OS/2, tactile screens, 4381 and 3090 mainframes, gorgeous graphical stations, RS/6000, 240 dpi laser printers, etc.)

I worked in a small group of the Madrid Scientific Center in the UAM, that was one of the 12 research facilities of the company around the world. I still miss working on IBM Research, btw.
